Dalian ZHENGXING Jianye Commercial & Trading Co.,Ltd. is subordinate to LIMAC COMPANY LTD. It has three branch companies, i.e. Property Company, Transportation Company and Food Company, and three external independent economic entities. The Property Company has 180,000m2 existing residential houses and 400,000m2 houses and land available for development and utilization; the Transportation Company has 25 transport vehicles of all kinds with transportation capability of 220 tons; the Food Company has 44 standard guesthouses for 180 people, one multi-function meeting room which can hold 200 people, four medium and small meeting rooms, three big and medium dining halls which can hold 300 people at the same time; the external economic entities have the installation quality and designing capability of nuclear power engineering and liquefied petrol gas pipes.
